The gorgeous Sulani island chain welcomes all to a life of blue oceans and friendly neighbors. The main islands show off the many walks of life from the community centered Ohan’ali Town, to the more lavish upscale Lani St. Taz, and even down to the seemingly vacant Mua Pel’am. All around is the beauty of nature no matter where you look.
Welcome to Sulani — where island life moves to the rhythm of the ocean.
Sulani is a personal favourite of mine, and it’s easy to see why. This breathtaking island world feels like a true escape — a place where crystal-clear waters, lush tropical landscapes, and rich Polynesian-inspired culture come together to create something deeply peaceful and beautifully alive.
Designed as a world shaped by nature, tradition, and community, Sulani offers a slower, more intentional way of living. Whether Sims are gathering in the heart of Ohan’ali Town, retreating to the secluded shores of Mua Pel’am, or enjoying the luxury coastal homes of Lani St. Taz, every corner of the island feels connected — to the land, the sea, and each other.
This makeover reimagines Sulani as a thoughtfully balanced world of island residences, vacation retreats, and cultural community spaces, all designed to honour the island’s heritage while embracing relaxed, open-air living. It’s a world made for storytelling — where sunsets linger, ocean breezes drift through open lanais, and everyday life feels just a little more magical.
🎨 Real-World Roots, Inspiration & Architectural Vision

Architectural forms, natural materials, and island atmosphere inspired by Polynesian and Hawaiian traditions, shaped by climate, culture, and community living.
Sulani draws its inspiration from the islands of the Pacific — particularly Polynesian and Hawaiian cultures, where architecture is deeply connected to nature, climate, and a strong sense of community. Homes are designed not to dominate the landscape, but to live in harmony with it, embracing ocean breezes, open space, and the rhythm of island life.
Rather than referencing a single real-world location, this makeover captures the spirit of island living — blending traditional forms with relaxed, functional layouts that support both everyday routines and meaningful gatherings. Sulani becomes a world where architecture feels organic and intentional, shaped as much by the environment as by the people who live there.
The architectural vision for Sulani is rooted in:
- Open-air structures inspired by traditional island hale-style homes
- Natural materials such as wood, stone, woven textures, and thatch
- Wide lanais, shaded verandas, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow
- Low-profile forms that respect sightlines to the ocean and landscape
- A warm, sun-washed palette influenced by sand, sea, and tropical greenery
Rather than bold, imposing builds, the focus is on light-filled, breathable spaces — homes and community lots that feel relaxed, welcoming, and deeply connected to their surroundings. These are places designed for barefoot mornings, shared meals, gentle rituals, and long, sun-soaked days that drift effortlessly into golden evenings.e houses made for school mornings, shared meals, weekend walks, and long-term storytelling.
🗺️ Neighbourhood Planning & World Layout
Sulani has been planned as a nature-led island world, designed around flow, balance, and storytelling — not as a collection of disconnected beach lots, but as a living island chain shaped by community, coastline, and culture.
The map on the left shows the neighbourhood structure used for planning and orientation, with lots grouped by lifestyle, function, and their relationship to the land and sea.
The map on the right offers a visual interpretation of how Sulani comes together once homes, shared spaces, and natural landscapes are in place.

🌺 Ohan’ali Town
A lively, community-centred neighbourhood that forms the cultural heart of Sulani. Designed around walkability and shared spaces, Ohan’ali Town blends everyday homes with social and civic lots — making it ideal for festivals, markets, family life, and generational storytelling.
🌊 Mua Pel’am
A more secluded and spiritual part of the island, shaped by untouched coastline and dramatic natural scenery. This area leans into vacation living, ceremonies, and reflective moments, offering space for retreats, weddings, and slower, story-rich gameplay tied closely to nature.
🏝️ Lani St. Taz
An upscale coastal neighbourhood focused on luxury island living and wellness. Larger homes, spa-inspired spaces, and beachfront lots create a relaxed but refined atmosphere — perfect for Sims seeking comfort, beauty, and a deeper connection to the ocean.

✨ A Way of Life Shaped by the Sea
Sulani is more than a tropical escape — it’s a celebration of nature, culture, and connection.
Each thoughtfully designed home and shared space reflects the gentle rhythm of island life, where architecture responds to the land, open spaces invite togetherness, and the ocean quietly shapes everyday routines. Here, life unfolds at a slower pace — guided by tides, sunsets, and the comfort of familiar faces.
My hope is that this version of Sulani invites Sims — and players — to slow down, breathe deeply, and create stories that feel meaningful and grounded. A place where mornings begin barefoot, celebrations spill onto the sand, and moments of joy are woven naturally into daily life.
Sulani isn’t about spectacle or perfection — it’s about balance. About living in harmony with nature, honouring community traditions, and finding beauty in the simple, shared moments that make island life feel truly unforgettable.
