Newcrest draws its inspiration from classic American suburban neighbourhoods, where architecture is shaped by family life, walkability, and a strong sense of place. Think tree-lined streets, welcoming front porches, and homes designed to feel lived-in rather than show-stopping.
Rather than focusing on a single real-world town, this makeover captures the essence of suburbia — blending familiar architectural styles with flexible layouts that support everyday Sim stories. Newcrest becomes a blank canvas with intention: cohesive, calm, and deeply playable.
The goal is a neighbourhood that feels timeless and adaptable — a place where generations can grow, routines feel natural, and community life quietly thrives.
The architectural vision for Newcrest is rooted in:

- Welcoming design elements including front porches, pitched roofs, and symmetrical façades

Newcrest has been planned as a purpose-built suburban world, designed around flexibility, flow, and long-term storytelling — not as a collection of disconnected empty lots.

A welcoming residential neighbourhood made up of family homes and everyday community spaces, designed to feel central, walkable, and well connected — ideal for active households and multi-generational gameplay.
🏡 Ridgeline Drive
A primarily residential area featuring medium to larger family homes, offering a quieter suburban pace while still remaining closely connected to schools, parks, and neighbourhood amenities.
🌊 Llama Lagoon
A community-focused district anchored by shared social and leisure lots, creating a natural hub for gatherings, celebrations, and day-to-day Sim life across the world.

The central green heart of Newcrest — a flexible open space designed for storytelling moments, outdoor events, casual meet-ups, and slower slices of everyday life.
