Rather than functioning as a traditional town or residential neighbourhood, Magnolia Promenade is designed as a curated destinationāa place where Sims come to browse, gather, and unwind.
Architecturally, the world reflects French Colonial and Creole influences, adapted for a modern retail setting. Buildings favour elegant proportions and decorative faƧades over scale, creating an intimate streetscape that feels inviting rather than overwhelming. Covered walkways, wrought-iron details, and soft colour palettes help blur the line between indoor and outdoor spaces, encouraging lingering rather than rushing through.
