Sometimes the elves bring magic⦠sometimes they bring absolute chaos.

š§ What They Got Up To
Apparently Elvis and Toffee decided that tinsel and baubles just werenāt bold enough for this yearās Christmas tree.
So naturally⦠they redecorated it.
Not with ornaments.
Not with garlands.
But with the boysā clean underwear.
Every branch of the tree had suddenly become part of a very questionable North Pole fashion display ā pants hanging like festive bunting, and the elves themselves perched proudly inside a pair each like tiny models debuting the latest North Pole Winter Collection.
Safe to say the boys were equal parts horrified and hysterical when they spotted their underwear proudly on display.
Honestly⦠the elves looked far too proud of themselves.
š¬ Behind the Scenes
This setup was delightfully low effort and very giggle-inducing.
I grabbed a handful of the boysā clean underwear, draped them over the Christmas tree branches like garlands, and then tucked the elves into a pair each for maximum silliness.
The moment the kids realised it was their own pants decorating the tree was priceless ā the laughter alone made this one worth it.
Sometimes the simplest setups are the ones that land the biggest laughs.

š” Recreate It at Home
This one is about as easy (and ridiculous) as it gets.
Youāll need:
- A few pairs of kidsā underwear (bonus points for colourful or patterned ones!)
- Your Christmas tree
- Your elves, ready for chaos
How to set it up:
- Drape the underwear around the Christmas tree branches like festive garlands
- Pop your elves into a pair or two like little underwear hammocks
- Scatter a few pairs around the base of the tree for extra comedic effect
- Wait for the morning giggles when the kids realise whatās happened
Ridiculous? Yes.
Memorable? Also yes.
⨠Elf Hack of the Day
If your elves keep falling or slipping out of place, small hair clips or clothes pegs are lifesavers.
Theyāre easy to hide in fabric, keep your elves steady overnight, and make setups like this much easier to stage.
š Join In the Fun!
What did your elves get up to on Day 18?
Did they cause chaos, create something magical, or leave your house wondering what on earth happened overnight?
Share your elf ideas and setups in the comments ā I love hearing all the creative (and mischievous) things these little troublemakers get up to!Ā
