😳 Day 11 – Operation Booby Trap (Cheeky Elves at It Again)

Operation Booby Trap: mission complete.

šŸ§ What They Got Up To

The elves are at it again.

Sometime overnight Elvis and Toffee clearly decided a little mischief was in order… and somehow ended up turning one of Mum’s bras into their own high-altitude hammock.

Perched proudly in the cups and hanging high for everyone to see, the pair looked far too pleased with themselves — like they’d just invented the world’s most ridiculous elf swing.

These two clearly have no sense of personal boundaries… or shame.

Honestly though? The kids looked shocked when they walked in and saw them.

šŸŽ¬ Behind the Scenes

This setup was super quick but had me giggling the entire time.

I grabbed one of my nicer (and still respectable!) bras, hung it up high, and popped an elf into each cup. Instantly it looked like they were lounging in their own little elf hammock.

The kids had those little snickering of laughterĀ (you know the ones where is naughty but funny) when they spotted them in the morning. It’s one of those silly setups that takes less than a minute but somehow ends up being one of the funniest.

Proof that you don’t always need a big elaborate plan — sometimes the simplest elf mischief is the best.

šŸ’” Recreate It at Home

This one is about as easy as elf setups get:

  1. Grab a clean bra (preferably one you’re not wearing that day!).
  2. Hang it somewhere high — a wardrobe door, hook, or curtain rail works perfectly.
  3. Sit your elves inside the cups like they’re relaxing in a swing.

That’s it.

Instant giggles guaranteed. For an extra festive touch, add a little bunting or tinsel behind the elves to create the perfectĀ mini photo booth backdrop.

✨ Elf Hack of the Day

Keep a few backup elf ideas scribbled on sticky notes in your advent drawer.

Because some nights your brain completely checks out… but the elves still have to move!
