This community formed when several groups embraced their mutual connection to Horses and the land. The area soon became known as a hub for all things Equestrian: a town steeped in expertise with raising and training Horses, set against a beautiful and expansive landscape. Over time, the area became famous for another endeavor, as the rich soil brought in the new enterprise of Nectar Making. Thanks to the hard work of everyone involved, the region flourished and became the Chestnut Ridge it is today.
Welcome to Gibbi Point — a world shaped by water, wonder, and the quiet power of nature.
Formed by a great wave long before Sims arrived, Gibbi Point unfolds as a lush, fertile landscape filled with glowing bays, crystal caves, and extraordinary natural phenomena. From bioluminescent shores to forested valleys and geothermal landmarks, every corner of the world feels alive, ancient, and intentional — drawing inspiration from the dramatic natural beauty of Aotearoa (New Zealand), the coastal and hinterland regions of Australia, and the protected wilderness of United States national parks.
Designed as a place of discovery and coexistence, Gibbi Point offers a slower, more mindful way of living. Whether Sims arrive as explorers, researchers, caretakers, or those simply seeking peace, this world invites stories that are deeply connected to the land — where nature leads, and communities grow gently around it.
🎨 Real-World Roots, Inspiration & Architectural Vision

Architectural forms, natural materials, and neighbourhood atmosphere inspired by coastal landscapes, rainforest hinterlands, and protected wilderness regions.
Gibbi Point draws its inspiration from some of the world’s most striking nature-led destinations, blending the dramatic landscapes of Aotearoa (New Zealand) with the coastal and hinterland regions of Australia, alongside the preserved beauty of United States national parks.
Rather than replicating one specific real-world town, this world captures the essence of places shaped by tourism, conservation, and coexistence with nature. Think resort towns nestled between mountains and water, park hubs designed to support exploration, and quiet residential pockets that feel thoughtfully placed within the land rather than imposed upon it.
The result is a world that feels purposeful and immersive — where architecture supports the landscape, not the other way around. Gibbi Point is designed to encourage exploration, reflection, and stories that unfold slowly, grounded in place and environment.
The architectural vision for Gibbi Point is rooted in:
- Nature-integrated builds such as lodges, cabins, eco-homes, and park facilities
- Low-profile structures that preserve sightlines and natural flow
- Organic materials including timber, stone, concrete, and glass
- Open layouts that blur indoor and outdoor living
- Subtle detailing inspired by geothermal features, coastal boardwalks, and crystal formations
Rather than bold urban statements or dense development, the focus is on environmentally conscious, character-rich builds — places that feel believable, lived-in, and connected to their surroundings. These are spaces designed for explorers, caretakers, and Sims seeking balance between adventure and peace.dday, quiet evenings under wide skies, and storytelling that grows naturally over generations.
🗺️ Neighbourhood Planning & World Layout
Gibbi Point has been planned as a nature-led destination world, designed around exploration, environmental flow, and purposeful placement — rather than dense development or rigid zoning.
The world layout prioritises natural landmarks, pathways, and terrain changes, with neighbourhoods shaped by geography rather than uniform grids. Lots are grouped by environmental role, community function, and story potential, encouraging organic movement through the world and varied gameplay experiences.
The map on the left shows the neighbourhood structure used for planning and orientation, with areas defined by landscape, elevation, and proximity to key natural features.
The map on the right offers a visual interpretation of how Gibbi Point comes together once builds, landscaping, and shared spaces are thoughtfully placed.

🌲 Wanderwood Wilds
A rugged, nature-immersed neighbourhood shaped by forests, hills, and secluded clearings. Wanderwood Wilds is ideal for cabins, eco-homes, ranger stations, and off-grid living — a space designed for Sims who live close to the land and value privacy, exploration, and self-sufficiency.
This area works best for slower gameplay, outdoor skills, and storytelling rooted in conservation, solitude, and connection to nature.
🪼 Jellyfish Junction
A vibrant coastal neighbourhood anchored by water, movement, and community interaction. Positioned near the shoreline and bioluminescent bay, Jellyfish Junction naturally suits visitor-focused builds such as cafés, markets, docks, research hubs, and compact residential lots.
Designed as the most active area of the world, this neighbourhood supports social gameplay, tourism-inspired stories, and shared public spaces without feeling overly urban.
💎 Crystal Valley
A visually striking neighbourhood shaped by geothermal features, crystal formations, and dramatic terrain. Crystal Valley feels otherworldly and intentional — ideal for research facilities, wellness retreats, unique residential builds, and story-driven lots tied to the world’s natural wonders.
This area lends itself to mystical, scientific, or reflective storytelling, balancing awe and tranquility within the landscape.

✨ A World Shaped by Nature
Gibbi Point’s makeover is more than a visual refresh — it’s a celebration of nature, exploration, and thoughtful coexistence.
Every carefully placed build and shared space is designed to honour the land itself, allowing natural landmarks, pathways, and terrain to guide how Sims move, gather, and live. Architecture takes a supporting role here, creating spaces that feel grounded, purposeful, and deeply connected to their surroundings.
My hope is that this version of Gibbi Point invites Sims — and players — to slow down, explore with intention, and create stories rooted in discovery and balance. A world where curiosity leads the way, moments of wonder are woven into everyday life, and the environment feels like an active part of the story.
Gibbi Point isn’t about spectacle or overdevelopment — it’s about creating a place that feels alive, immersive, and ready to become whatever your story needs it to be.
